An Account Executive drives business development through selling to targeted market segments, and through providing staffing and recruiting solutions for our clients. Responsibilities:

Acquire new clients through direct selling
of staffing/consulting solutions
· Build and
maintain with clients
· Identify,
attract, and recruit high quality candidates
for your clients
· Coordinate
a team of Recruiters and Fulfillment
Specialists
· Ensure
client satisfaction through ongoing
communication
· Utilize and
maintain CRM database
· Maintain
individual accountability for all
performance goals
· Builds
market position by locating, developing,
defining, negotiating, and closing business
relationships.
· Driven
self-starter with a proactive approach to
serving professionals at all levels in a
client-oriented environment.
Essential Skills & Characteristics:
·
Demonstrated record of being a top
performer, strong work ethic, excellent
communication skills, and high character
· Previous
experience as a third party recruiter in is
a plus
·
Demonstrated sales ability in cold calling
to open new accounts, both over the
telephone and through face to face sales
presentations
· Leadership
experience, including team leadership,
individual mentoring and strategy
development
· Fundamental
understanding of HR practices and related
employment laws and regulations
· Motivated
by quantitative results with the desired
goal of becoming the “best in class”
in the industry
